Rates
“Duplex” 4 Bedrooms 3 Bath $3000 – $5300 a week
“Duplex & Cottage” 5 Bedrooms 4 Bath $3500 – $6300 a week
Rental Period Saturday to Saturday
In addition to the rates listed above, a security deposit of $1,000 for “Duplex” or for the “Duplex & Cottage” is required. A cleaning fee of $190 for the rental of the “Duplex”, or $250 for the combined rental of the “Duplex & Cottage” will be deducted from the required security deposit. Prices include pool heat, local phone, towels, sheets and paper products, etc.. All rates are subject to a 11.5% Florida Sales tax.
